Before you upload
By uploading a photo — or posting a comment — to this event you confirm that:
- The photo is yours — you took it, or have permission from whoever did, and from anyone clearly recognizable in it.
- The comment is yours — you wrote it, or have permission to post it.
- If anyone clearly recognizable is a child, you have a parent's or guardian's permission to share their photo.
- Nothing you add — photo or comment — is illegal, hateful, sexual, or designed to harass another person.
- You're okay with the event host and other guests viewing and downloading what you upload.
Letting us show your photos
By uploading, you give the event host and PhotoShare a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, transcode (including thumbnails, ZIP archives, and web-optimized derivatives), display, and distribute your photo or comment only to run this event and the Service — for example, showing it in the gallery, creating thumbnails and a downloadable album, and letting the host and guests view and download it. You keep all your rights, and this license ends when the content is deleted.
The event host can remove uploads at any time. We can too, if they break the rules above.
Photos may be stored for up to 90 days after the event ends, then deleted.
Keeping the photos
If this event is on the free plan, only the 10 most recent photos stay visible after the event ends. The event host can unlock the full gallery from their account — guests are never asked to pay.
Questions?
Contact the event host at the address on the event page for anything about the photos themselves, or email [email protected] to report anything urgent. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.
